1. Operator and access
Noodle is operated by Jérémy Baslé, 14 impasse des Vallées, 50450 Gavray-sur-Sienne, France. Email: assistance@noodle-dating.com. Telephone: +33 6 38 41 29 02. It is currently a free service for adults. Your Noodle account works on the website and its installable web app for iPhone, Android and computers. The website is delivered through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare; the API and database are hosted by OVHcloud in France and private media by Scaleway.
You must be at least 18, legally capable and allowed to use the service in your country. Provide truthful age and account information. One account per person is allowed. Proportionate verification may be requested for age or safety concerns. The service does not guarantee a meeting or relationship.
2. Introductions, conversations and photos
Noodle offers up to three daily introductions when suitable profiles are available. The correspondence percentage measures similarity between comparable questionnaire answers, with equal importance for each criterion. It is not a prediction of relationship success and requires at least five comparable criteria. Adulthood, age ranges, sought genders and distance are checked separately.
A private gallery can contain up to nine photos. Access requires mutual reveal consent. Photos sent as messages are shared with the recipient. The server checks and re-encodes uploaded photos to remove embedded metadata.
3. World and Daily Life
World displays members who have voluntarily provided an area and enabled visibility. Public personal locations are reduced to cells of about 28 km per side. Personal points disappear when the map scale reaches 5 km.
Daily Life supports text and photos. Posts are public by default, with an optional private audience. Public content is accessible to members; private content requires an open conversation and mutually accepted reveal with the author. A recent public post can appear as a World bubble for 24 hours, without its photo. The journal history remains until deletion, subject to access permissions.
4. Content and conduct
You retain ownership of your content and grant Noodle a non-exclusive licence limited to operating, securing, displaying to authorised recipients and moderating the service. Respect other people’s rights. Profile photos must represent their author.
Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, unsolicited sexual content or nudity, violence, impersonation, scams, requests for money, unauthorised advertising, prostitution or its organisation, private information about others, content depicting minors, automated profile collection and evasion of suspensions are prohibited.
5. Reporting and safety
Members can block and report from a conversation. Blocking prevents new exchanges and hides the profiles from each other. A report may include recent text messages when the reporting member chooses to attach them. Administrative actions are logged. Contact support to contest a moderation decision.
Noodle does not systematically check backgrounds or guarantee members’ identities or intentions. Meet in a public place, tell someone you trust, arrange your own transport and do not send money. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
6. Free service
No payment or subscription is currently active, including for partners. Descriptions of future offers are not orders or payment commitments. Any future paid offer will require separate information and acceptance; existing accounts will not be charged automatically.
7. Availability, account deletion and complaints
Noodle takes reasonable steps to operate the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Members remain responsible for their content and decisions. You can request account deletion in the app. Accounts may be suspended proportionately for violations, danger, fraud or legal obligations. Limited evidence may remain as described in the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by French law without removing mandatory protections in your country of residence. Applicable law determines the competent courts.
